so, I've just got back from Belfast and Dublin where I was visiting friends ~Frizelle made me watch this copy of Twilight, and I gotta say, I kinda enjoyed it, no wait, I really liked it, and from now on I vow to draw nothing but sparkly vampires......
...but seriously though, it was the biggest pile of gash I'd ever seen. this was AFTER she'd sat me infront of this TV programme where some 21 century chick gets sucked into the Jane Austin world via her cupboard or something. I freeking HATE Jane Austin's ANYTHING! you'd think the period clothes would make up for it but NOOOOOOO. so because she's my amazing friend despite her obvious softness for cliqued romantic films I drew her with Edward Cullen; well, this is a joke one, made us both laugh, the OTHER ones are PROBABLY not allowed on here. har har! Twilight- to whoever the fuck wants it! you can have it, just take it and never show it to anyone else. does it show that I'm EXTREMELY tired? |

Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums. I've read all the Twilight books just to see what the hype was all about. I wish I could get those hours of my life back...But I was determined to finish it so I could have valid arguments against the rabid fangirls (and fanboys). I think the biggest problem with the series was Meyer was trying to aim for a older age group than what she got. That and over time the series just became self-indulgent and just plaid weird.
I'll just end my little rant there XD
